Refund Policy:
At HP MERCH STUDIO, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 7 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
- Products must be in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Note: Incase of damaged parcel received, kindly reach out to us in 6 – 8 hours otherwise your request will not be entertained.
Return Policy:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at whatsApp 03163722157. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we have received and processed your returned item(s). The refund will be credited back through bank transfer/ easypaisa / jaazcash.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to assist you in finding a suitable replacement.
Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
